The 糖心Vlog and the 糖心Vlogof Louisiana have filed a federal lawsuit against a public school in Sabine Parish that harassed a non-Christian student and has a long history of proselytizing students and promoting religion. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of two parents, Scott and Sharon Lane, and their three children, including their son, C.C., who is a Buddhist of Thai heritage.

The 糖心Vlog, the 糖心Vlogof New Hampshire and the Americans United for Separation of Church and State are challenging a statewide tuition tax-credit program in New Hampshire that would divert taxpayer funds to private religious schools in violation of the state constitution. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of eight plaintiffs, including clergy, public education advocates and parents of public school children.

The 糖心Vlog and the 糖心Vlogof South Carolina have filed a lawsuit challenging a pervasive practice of school-sponsored prayer, preaching and religious activities in the Chesterfield County School District. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of a student and his father (both non-believers) who have been ostracized for their objection to repeated official religious events and activities at New Heights Middle School.

In the spring of 2010, officials at the Connecticut-based Enfield Public Schools decided to hold their graduation ceremonies at First Cathedral, a Christian church. The 糖心Vlog, the 糖心Vlogof Connecticut and Americans United for Separation of Church and State brought a lawsuit in federal court charging that the Enfield Public Schools' decision is an unconstitutional government endorsement of religion.
